I am the co-founder of The Jackson Leadership & Management Institute. I am a registered skills development practitioner with 10 years experience in the Global market. My main goal is to enhance the skill levels across South Africa as well as internationally through carefully designed and delivered training, courses and consulting. I have delivered face to face training and consulting to 17 countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australasia and North America. My international experience has allowed me to gain the experience needed to design, develop and facilitate innovative and current management and leadership development workshops. I am a registered assessor and moderator for 43 national qualifications in the management sector and provide management development to large corporates as well as small business.

My main goal as the co-founder and managing director of JLMI is to ensure:
That organisations have a trusted partner who can help them improve productivity, wellness and engagement at work through carefully designed and well-facilitated courses and consulting.
Through JLMI Business Schools rural development initiative, provide a platform to students who do not have access to higher education. By providing qualifications to these underprivileged youth will have a direct impact on their communities economic outlook.

I am the co-founder of The Jackson Leadership & Management Institute. I am an entrepreneur with 12 years experience in the FMCG, Retail and Hospitality Industry. I currently run 3 businesses and my main goal is to enhance the skill levels of entrepreneurs in our unique economy of South Africa.
My business experience has allowed me to be elected as the Business Woman’s Association Chairperson of the Free State. In this role I have assisted many entrepreneurs with new ventures, coaching new business owners as well as developing support structures for young entrepreneurs.

I am a Business and Wellness Consultant with 20 years of international experience in the medical and corporate field. I bring 15 years’ of project management, staff management and operational management experience and skills to the team.

I have completed a (Nursing) and my Masters in Business Administration (MBA). I also hold a personal training certificate and utilise this knowledge in conjunction with my medical background, to support individuals and corporate institutions in their wellness goals.
I’m a qualified Services SETA assessor in the field of Business Administration and Business Management.

I am a Performance Consultant with 15 years of experience in the Global market. I will bring 27 years’ of Learning and Development experience to optimize workplace performance in support of business goals.

As a Facilitator, I do focus to maintain a balance between concepts and application, tailoring to address different learning styles in the audience, addressing contemporary workplace issues and performance management.
As a Performance Consultant, I work with clients to identify their strategic needs, assisting them to develop and implement strategies that will help to achieve their corporate goals and enhance performance.
As a Skills Development Facilitator, I ensure compliance with all SETA requirements through design and develop of SETA Nationally Accredited training or development programmes for Business specific needs or as per Needs Analysis. Furthermore, I do submit Workplace Skills Plans as per Skills Development Facilitator Functions to recover skills levy funds to invest in further development of your employees.
